ABOUT US
Lovy (
We're a small, performance-driven team. No bureaucracy, no fluff. You'll work directly with the founders.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
- You have 3+ years of real, hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager for an ecommerce or DTC brand
- You are obsessively detail-oriented — you triple-check before hitting publish
- You catch problems before they're pointed out to you
- Your English communication is clear and professional (written)
- You are available for at least 4 hours overlap with CET
- You want a stable, long-term role — not a quick gig
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- Your Meta experience is mostly watching tutorials or managing boosted posts
- You need constant follow-ups to complete tasks
- You've never supported a DTC ecommerce brand
- You ghost, miss deadlines, or treat part-time as "whenever I feel like it"
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Upload new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) into existing campaigns
- Pull weekly performance reports and on-request reports
- Flag anomalies: CPMs, CTRs, spend pacing — before they become problems
- Maintain our creative tracker (Notion / Google Sheets)
- Log tasks and updates in ClickUp
- Summarize report data in plain English — no jargon, just clear takeaways
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Starting rate: $7/hr
- Performance bonuses for consistent, quality output
- Stable, long-term role with a growing brand
- Direct access to founders — no middle layers, fast decisions
HOW TO APPLY:
Do not send a generic application. We will not read it.
To be considered, submit all four of the following:
1. Video recording via Loom (5 minutes max) — Record yourself speaking about: your experience as a Marketing VA or ads support role at a DTC ecommerce company, what that company sold and how you supported their Meta ads, and your hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager (campaign uploads, reporting, flagging issues). No slides, no reading a script — just talk. We want to hear how you think.
2. Your CV or resume and LinkedIn profile link
3. A list of ecommerce companies you've worked with, including their website URLs
4. A confirmation that you are available to work 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET on a regular basis.
Applications missing any of these four items will not be reviewed.
