JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to help grow my construction business by generating leads and improving our online presence.

This role has the potential to grow into a long-term part-time or full-time position for the right person.

I am not just looking for someone to post on social media — I need someone who understands how to attract and convert leads.

Responsibilities:

Help build and improve lead funnels (landing pages, follow-ups, etc.)
Assist with website updates and basic SEO improvements
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create content for marketing and sales materials
Help organize and improve sales folders / customer-facing content
Track performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

Experience with digital marketing and lead generation
Understanding of basic SEO and website optimization
Experience with social media management and content creation
Strong English communication skills
Organized and able to follow through on projects

Bonus (Big Plus):

Experience in construction, home services, or real estate
Experience with tools like, WordPress, or similar
Copywriting skills (ads, landing pages, emails)
Basic design skills (Canva, etc.)

Hours & Pay:

Starting part-time with potential to grow
Pay based on experience (please include your hourly rate)
