VA Marketing Coordinator/Manager
Part-Time (with plan to scale)

About Us:
At INÉ, we’re on a mission to bring simple, natural skincare to the world, inspired by Japanese beauty rituals and powered by sake kasu, the origin behind the “fermented rice water” trend. As a growing startup, we’re seeking a Marketing Executive Assistant to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, versatile team player who can wear many hats and help grow our brand. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Advisor to support various marketing initiatives, contribute to the development of marketing strategies, and assist in executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include social media coordination, digital marketing, influencer outreach, content management, and wholesale partnerships. You won’t need to juggle everything at once. We would like you to identify high value work and prioritizing tasks and over time delegate tasks to other VAs. This role is perfect for someone eager to get in on the ground floor with a young startup and evolve and grow your reach and impact as we scale.

Responsibilities may include:
• Develop and share our brand story to engage customers and media
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, influencer, media, etc.)
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Reach out to retail partners, media, and influencers for partnerships
• Coordinate content across website, email, blog, and social media
• Optimize workflows with automation tools and systems
• Establish systems for VAs to enhance workflow efficiency
• Track KPIs, analyze campaigns, and provide optimization insights
• Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and monitor expenses

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has strong English written and verbal communication skills, is highly organized, and has a self-starter mentality
• Has excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively
• Is a skilled storyteller, able to convey our brand and founder’s journey in a compelling way that resonates with consumers
• Thinks strategically with both short-term execution and long-term growth in mind, ensuring immediate impact while building toward bigger goals
• Has a proven track record in executing marketing strategies across digital marketing, influencer outreach, or wholesale (the more areas of expertise, the better)
• Is knowledgeable in marketing tools and KPI tracking
• Is naturally curious about consumer behavior and can devise creative ways to capture attention
• Can manage multiple campaigns and initiatives
• Has a self-starter mentality and ability to self-teach skill gaps
• Can set up and delegate workflows to VAs to create an efficient, self-sustaining system
• Knowledge of e-commerce practices and the Shopify platform is beneficial
• Thrives in a startup environment
