Mandarin Speaking Project Manager

We need a reliable project manager to help coordinate our small game development team! You will track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and help keep our international team organized. This will start as a part time role (20 hours/week) and may grow into more.

Some of our team members only speak English and some only speak Chinese, so advanced levels of both are required. You will be required to interview in both languages, so please do not ignore this requirement.

WHO WE ARE:
- New internationally remote game studio
- International team (half speak English, half speak Chinese)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- MUST be fluent in both English AND Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)
- Proven ability to create and maintain detailed production schedules and roadmaps
- Skilled at creating timeline visualizations and dependency charts
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules with clear milestones
- Develop project roadmaps that align with business goals and deadlines
- Identify bottlenecks and critical path issues before they impact timelines
- Follow up with team members on task completion
- Bridge communication between English and Chinese speakers
