MEDICAL VA (AUTH and INSURANCE VERIF)

Applicants only with OPTUM VA, INSURANCE VERIFICATION and SCHEDULING background will be entertained.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year experience working as a Medical VA with prior authorization, benefits and eligibility, scheduling and managing calendar.
- OPTUM VA prior auth background is a big PLUS!
- must have good communication skills
- must be comfortable speaking with providers and patients
- willing to work nigh shift (EST)
- can take inbound and outbound calls
- willing to work on SATURDAY (half-day) on rotation
