M&E Engineering CAD Executive

Deneed Services Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based building consultancy specialising in M&E engineering design, fire safety, and building services. We are expanding our team and welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in the Philippines who prefer to work remotely while contributing to meaningful Singapore building projects.

Onboarding: First 3 months: regular Zoom check-ins with our Singapore team. No travel required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (SGT / PHT — same time zone, no adjustment needed)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare M&E design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Revise drawings based on engineer comments, site conditions, and authority requirements
Coordinate with Singapore-based engineers and project teams via Zoom, email, and project management tools
Prepare drawing packages for Singapore authority submissions (SCDF, BCA, URA, HDB)
Maintain drawing registers, revision control logs, and documentation records
Assist with general project documentation and drawing management tasks as required


Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
1–3 years of relevant M&E CAD / drafting experience in building or construction projects
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM experience is a definite advantage
Working knowledge of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing
Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with a cross-border team
Reliable home office or co-working space setup with stable internet connection
Able to work independently, well-organised, and attentive to detail
Familiarity with Singapore authority submission processes is a plus (training provided)
