Grow And Glow Agency is looking for a rock star Appointment Setter to join our awesome team! We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Austin, Texas helping businesses generate more leads, increase online visibility, and grow through strategic marketing solutions.

We are currently looking for 30+ hours Appointment Setter in the Philippines to focus on cold call outreach, and booking qualified appointments.

In this role, you'll be reaching out to potential clients and getting them pumped about our amazing AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) services. Your mission? Heavily focus on outbound lead generation through cold calling, 20-30 dials/hour, setting up atleast 8-10 qualified meetings/week for our sales team to close deals and grow our agency.

What you'll be doing:
- Prospect and reach out to business owners daily
- Making a 20-30 calls/hour to prospects and pitching them on AEO
- Identifying the key decision-makers and getting meetings on the calendar
- Consistently hitting your appointment goals (8-10) each week like a boss
- Organize and update the status of each prospect into the right stage of the pipeline in our CRM (GHL)
- Consistently follow up with leads

What we're looking for:
- Has at least 3 years of experience crushing it in appointment setting, and lead generation
- Fluent in English, no stumbling or stammering
- Awesome people skills - you can connect with anyone!
- Resilience and a drive to win - you don't take no for an answer
- Solid phone presence and listening skills
- Is highly motivated and results-driven
- Honest and has strong work ethics
- Can work in the CST timezone
- Is organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Has strong English communication skills
- Can work independently and meet KPIs
