Local SEO Specialist and WordPress Elementor Website Builder — Full Time Remote Position

Smart Lion Auto Detailing SEO is a growing digital marketing agency based in Texas specializing exclusively in helping auto detailing businesses rank higher on Google, generate more leads, and grow their revenue. Founded and operated by an actual auto detailing business owner with 10 plus years of digital marketing experience — including 4 plus years at national and global agencies — Smart Lion is looking for a dedicated long term tea ---------- mber to grow with us.

About This Role:
This is a full time long term remote position working directly with the agency owner.
This role requires someone with genuine hands on experience in Local SEO and WordPress website development. You need to already know what you are doing. This is not a training position.
Every task is fully documented with step by step instructions, time guidelines, and clear examples. Your job is to execute those tasks exactly as documented — daily, bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly — consistently and to a high standard. We value your input and recommendations but ask that you communicate them rather than act independently.

What You Will Be Doing:
The tasks below are examples only. You will receive a full documented task list upon hiring covering all responsibilities across Local SEO, Website Development, and Reporting. Expect the actual scope to be broader than what is listed here.

Google Business Profile optimization — posting updates, adding photos and videos, responding to reviews, profile optimizations, and more
On-page SEO — title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content updates per documented guidelines
Off-page SEO — citation building, directory submissions, NAP consistency monitoring
AEO optimizations — conducting AEO audits and implementing optimizations for AI powered search engines and featured snippets
Technical SEO — site health monitoring, website speed optimizations, schema markup implementation, and more
Monthly performance documentation — keyword ranking tracking, SEO reporting, and updating Looker Studio reports
WordPress website builds and edits using Elementor — from ThemeForest templates, plugin setup, page speed, and ongoing maintenance
Webflow and other platform edits — content updates, basic edits, and SEO changes on client sites not built on WordPress
Tracking Set-Up Work: Installing and Setting up Google Tag Manager ("GTM"), Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other similar types of tools


What We Are Looking For:

Minimum two years Local SEO experience specifically for local service businesses
Minimum three years WordPress and Elementor experience — build and edit confidently without guidance
Webflow experience required — comfortable making edits and SEO changes without issues
Solid understanding & experience of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and AEO best practices
Strong Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Ahrefs (or similar tool)
Experience building and maintaining Looker Studio reports
Strong communication and fast response times — reliable and proactive at all times
Excellent written English
Available for communication overlap during Central Standard Time business hours
Long term mindset — we are not looking for someone between projects

Nice to Have:

Google Ads experience for local lead generation
Meta Ads experience for local lead generation
Experience with a US based digital marketing agency
Familiarity with auto detailing, home services, or mobile service businesses
Experience with Local Falcon, BrightLocal, or similar local SEO tracking tools
Knowledge of Yoast SEO or Rank Math plugins
