Who We’re Looking For:
We don’t do boring. We don’t do slow. We don’t do “waiting to be told what to do.”
If you’re quick on your feet, can handle high-volume texting like a pro, and enjoy figuring things out before anyone asks, you’ll thrive here.
If you hate being micromanaged, love keeping things organized, and want to be a key player in a growing real estate business, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Texting sellers. A lot. (If you can text your ex at lightning speed, you can handle this.)
2. Tagging, categorizing, and updating leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
3. Qualifying sellers by figuring out who’s serious and who’s just messing with us.
4. Handling follow-ups. (Because sometimes, people need a little push.)
5. Tracking key metrics to make sure we’re getting solid deals.
What We Need From You:
English that sounds natural, but doesn’t need to be perfect. - B2 or C1 (Good written English, no grammar errors)
Lightning-fast responses. (If you take 10 minutes to think about a text, we’re moving on.)
Basic CRM knowledge. (GoHighLevel, Podio, REI Pebble, or similar = huge plus.)
Strong attention to detail. (Typos = lost deals.)
How to Apply (In Order to Weed Out Spam Applications, Follow These Steps or Be Ignored!)
1. Use the subject line or title:
“I close deals with my thumbs”
2. Write a short intro or cover letter (max 3 sentences) answering:
What’s the weirdest or funniest text conversation you’ve ever had?
3. At the bottom of your application, answer this:
Would you rather fight 1 horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses? And why?
4. Attach a short video link introducing yourself. (We want to see your personality!)
Failure to follow these steps = instant disqualification.
