JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a fast moving, motivated and extremely capable launch expert, who can assist me with executing on tasks to do with a 3 Part Live Launch.

This person must be experienced in the following

- Kajabi
- Klaviyo (or other email campaign systems, like Mailchimp, Active Campaign etc)
- Zapier
- Automations Set up
- Many Chat
- Meta Business Suite - Content Scheduling
- Facebook Group Management + Content Posting
- Zoo ---------- eting Facilitation + Technical Support as needed (posting links, etc)
- Following instructions in Asana

This is a part time, 20 hours per week, project based role, with a view to scale to full time fulfilment, customer support and virtual assistance following our launch period. Tasks are fast and require same day turnaround most of the time.

We are looking for someone who is available Australian Business Hours, needs minimal training, knows when to ask questions and seek clarification, completes tasks accurately and quickly, and can keep pace with our CEO.

If you have expertise working with Claude AI or James Wedmore Business By Design processes will be looked upon extremely favourably.
