JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: I am seeking an experienced developer to build a custom bot that operates directly over ---------- . The bot will be responsible for monitoring live horse racing markets, analyzing data directly from the website interface (including opening graphs and reading matched volume), and sending automated alerts to Telegram based on my specific criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
Browser Automation: Develop a stable bot that navigates ---------- and monitors live markets in real-time.

Data Extraction & Analysis: Program the bot to interact with the UI—specifically opening selection graphs, reading "Money Matched" totals, and analyzing price trends on the ladder.

Telegram
Integration: Set up an automated ping system to a Telegram channel that triggers when specific odds and volume parameters are met.

Multi-Market Handling: Ensure the bot can efficiently "sit over" the site and monitor multiple races/selections simultaneously during the busy racing window.

Requirements:
Betting Bot Background: Proven experience building bots or automated tools specifically for Betfair or other sports exchanges. (ideal but not mandatory)

Expertise in Web Automation: High proficiency in browser automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright) or building custom Chrome/browser extensions.

Real-Time Logic: Ability to handle high-frequency data updates from a dynamic website without lag or crashes.

Reliability: The bot must be robust enough to handle the fast-paced nature of live markets.

How to Apply:
To apply for this role, please provide a brief overview of your experience with similar automation projects.

As part of your proposal, please provide detailed answers to the following three questions:

1 - How do you plan to handle Betfair's UI changes? Since this bot relies on the website interface rather than the API, if Betfair updates their website layout, the bot may need maintenance. What is your plan to make the bot "resilient" to small UI changes?

2 - How will you avoid bot detection? Betfair has sophisticated bot detection for the website. How will you ensure the bot mimics human behavior (randomized mouse movements, delays, etc.) to avoid being flagged?

3 - How will you ensure high performance and speed? In live markets, speed is critical.

Finally, to demonstrate that you have a basic understanding and can follow instructions, please write the word "LADDER" at the very top of your application. Applications without this word or without answers to the questions above will be disregarded.

Thank you!
