Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain internal IT systems and infrastructure.
Oversee and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security.
Social Media Management (Company Branding) and simple graphic design
Administer staff accounts, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and security.
Provide IT support to staff and assist with back-office administrative tasks.
Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of organizational systems.
Collaborate with tea
Requirements:
Must have a reliable device (laptop/PC) and a stable internet connection.
Proven experience in IT administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT systems, security protocols, and user management.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive attitude.
