We're looking for an HR Admin t to build and own the full HR function at Remie Global — a fast-growing company that supports businesses worldwide through remote assistants.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
* A master’s degree (MBA, MHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
* Detail-oriented, discreet, and highly organised — with the integrity and accountability to manage sensitive employee and financial matters
* Full-cycle payroll processing, statutory compliance across SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR & DOLE and knowledgeable on Philippine Labour Laws
* Proven ability to build HR systems, policies, and processes independently from the ground up
* Based in Metro Manila, able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Key Skills
* End-to-end payroll management across semi-monthly and monthly cycles
* Statutory compliance and government remittances across all agencies
* Leave credit management across all leave types under the Labour Code
* Labour relations, SENA proceedings, and disciplinary process management
* HR systems development, policy writing, and employee handbook creation
* CHRP, Certified Payroll Professional, or equivalent certification preferred
What You'll Do
* Own and process end-to-end payroll for all Remies with full accuracy and confidentiality
* Manage all government statutory compliance — filings, remittances, and registrations — without exception
* Handle the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, regularisation, and offboarding
* Build and maintain the Company Employee Handbook and all HR SOPs from scratch
*Manage disciplinary proceedings and labour relations in strict compliance with DOLE and the Labour Code
* Support leadership with HR reporting, people insights, and strategic recommendations
