CRM Magnetics is looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Solution Architect to lead complex client implementations and design scalable CRM systems for growing B2B companies.
We specialize in building advanced, high-impact HubSpot ecosystems — not basic setups. This role is for someone who wants to own solutions end-to-end, make decisions, and grow into a true architecture and leadership position.
About the Role
This is not just an execution role.
You will:
- Own full-cycle implementations — from discovery and architecture to delivery and optimization
- Design scalable CRM systems, not just configure tools
- Work directly with clients and influence business processes
- Take responsibility for technical decisions and final outcomes
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a system designer and problem-solver, not just a specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations (discovery ? architecture ? delivery ? optimization)
- Translate business needs into scalable CRM and automation solutions
- Design CRM structures, workflows, data models, and reporting systems
- Own solution decisions and ensure best practices across projects
- Manage and guide implementation specialists (task delegation, QA, support)
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in client systems proactively
- Work directly with clients in English (calls, documentation, consulting)
- Handle complex integrations (APIs, third-party tools, custom logic)
Requirements:
- Advanced HubSpot expertise (CRM, workflows, reporting, integrations)
- Proven experience with complex implementations (not just basic setups)
- Strong solution-thinking mindset — ability to design systems
- Experience leading projects or managing tea
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle non-standard cases
- Fluent English (C1+) — client-facing role
- High ownership, responsibility and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- RevOps / SalesOps / MarketingOps experience
- APIs, Zapier / Make, custom integrations
- SaaS / B2B background
- Experience designing scalable CRM architectures
Compensation & Growth
- Starting rate: $14/hour (Solutions Architect in Training)
- Training period is performance-based — no fixed timeline
- As soon as you demonstrate the ability to independently own projects ? immediate promotion and pay increase ($18+/hour)
