JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with excellent English (UK) communication skills? Do you have experience in closing deals over the phone and following up on leads? If so, we want you to join our growing bookkeeping business!

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Sales (VA) to take charge of our sales process, from lead follow-ups to closing clients. You must have a UK phone number or access to software that allows calls to appear as from a UK number. This is a remote, flexible role that will start with a few hours per week and increase as the business grows.

Responsibilities:
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our bookkeeping services.
• Build relationships and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Close deals and onboard new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Sales experience (preferably in B2B services).
• Ability to close deals confidently and professionally.
• Must have a UK phone number or software to make calls from a UK number.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial services is a plus but not essential.
