The Job at a Glance
As an HR Recruiter at Ansible Health, you will play a crucial role in building our team of exceptional professionals. Your primary focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. While recruitment will be your main responsibility, you may also assist with some HR-related tasks. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our innovative healthcare organization.
Job requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with other teams.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
- Support other HR functions as needed, such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; being technologically-savvy is an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong aptitude for finding solutions and making decisions.
- Willing to work during Eastern Time work hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field; certificate courses on HR functions is a plus.
- 1-2 years work experience in human resource or related function
- Experience working in a startup is definitely an advantage.
