We're the team behind Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info, and we're looking for a creative graphic designer to join our extended family.

What We're All About
Our first brand, Upgrade to see actual info, is dedicated to creating more inclusive workplaces for the LGBTQ community. Our second brand, Upgrade to see actual info, offers fundraising and leadership consulting services to nonprofit/community based organizations. Both could use your creative touch!

What You'll Be Doing
We need someone talented who can design beautiful materials that work across different formats:
Creating eye-catching flyers that look amazing in print
Designing digital newsletters and images that pop on screens
Helping us maintain a consistent look while respecting each brand's unique personality
Bringing fresh ideas to the table while respecting established guidelines

What We're Looking For
A portfolio that shows off your versatility in both print and digital design
Someone who understands the technical aspects of designing for different media
A designer who can switch between brand styles while keeping each distinct
A person who shares our values of LGBTQ inclusion and allyship
Good communication skills and reliability
