Graphic Designer for Static Ads – Long Term & High Bonuses!

We are a fast-growing, high-performance e-commerce team, and we are currently looking for a Graphic Designer who can follow instructions and create high-quality Static Ads using provided tools and SOPs, but must also be able to work independently.

—Compensation–
• Base Pay: $10 per concept.
• One concept is one core image in three minor variations.
• Your bonuses scale with ad performance.

–The Role–
We are looking for a talented, fast-working Graphic Designer to create high-converting, image-based static ads.

–What You’ll Be Doing–
• Conducting deep-dive market research to find hidden customer pain points, desires, and angles.
• Writing high-converting, psychological ad scripts and concepts for both video and static ads.
• Utilizing AI tools to make your research and text-generation process faster
• Designing clear frameworks (hooks, transitions, CTAs) that our production team can easily execute.

–Requirements–
• Strong eye for detail and ad psychology
• Skilled in shadows, saturation, contrast, and varied design styles
• Proficient with Photoshop, Canva, or similar advanced tools
• Fast, flexible, and open to feedback
• To confirm you’ve read everything, start your application with “Ads make the first impression.”
