Job Title: Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to support multiple brands within our financial services, tax education, and business mentorship ecosystem. This role requires a strong design eye, brand consistency, and the ability to create high-converting visual assets across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands both traditional design and modern AI-assisted workflows and is comfortable working inside CRM and funnel environments such as GoHighLevel (GHL).

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution
Design high-quality marketing assets including flyers, infographics, social media graphics, presentations, and digital ads
Create branded visuals for email campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets, and sales pages
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Develop clean, professional, conversion-focused layouts
Website & Funnel Design
Design landing pages, websites, and funnels within GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate strategy into effective visual layouts
Optimize designs for desktop and mobile responsiveness
Apply UX/UI best practices to improve engagement and conversion rates
AI & Innovation
Use AI tools such as Midjourney and other design-related AI platforms to generate creative assets, concepts, and visuals
Create and refine prompts to support brand-aligned outputs
Leverage AI to increase design efficiency while maintaining quality and consistency
Brand & Asset Management
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets
Create reusable templates for campaigns, funnels, and ongoing content
Follow and help refine brand guidelines
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with social media, marketing, and leadership teams
Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience creating flyers, infographics, and digital marketing assets
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
Experience designing websites or landing pages
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney or similar)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strongly Preferred Qualifications
GoHighLevel (GHL) funnel and website design experience
Experience designing CRM-integrated landing pages and sales funnels
Advanced Canva template creation
Experience using multiple AI tools to enhance creative workflows
Background in service-based, education, tax, or financial brands

Compensation & Schedule
Part-time to full-time availability
Compensation based on experience and demonstrated skill level
