Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives on strategy, reporting, and delivering results. While this role focuses primarily on Google Ads, familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
* Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
* Provide clients with clear, actionable insights and regular reports on campaign results.
* Collaborate with the team to align paid strategies with broader client goals.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and bid strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to provide strategic insights and optimize for performance.
* Excellent reporting skills, with a focus on clear communication.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt strategies.
* Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads or other paid platforms.
