Google Maps Commercial Solar Building Researcher (Performance-Based)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Google Maps researcher to help identify qualified commercial building opportunities for solar energy projects.

This is NOT basic data entry.
You will be analyzing satellite view maps and identifying specific types of buildings based on clear qualification criteria.

Your task:

• Open Google Maps (satellite view)
• Scan a defined geographic area
• Identify commercial/industrial buildings
• Verify they meet qualification criteria
• Save Google Maps URL into a spreadsheet

Qualification criteria include:

• Commercial or industrial use (NO residential homes)
• Roof size approx. 200m²+ (visual estimation)
• Must have an active website
• Must NOT already have solar panels installed
• Must NOT be a shared multi-unit building

Ideal candidate:

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Google Maps research
• Comfortable using satellite view
• Able to follow strict qualification rules
• Bonus: experience in GIS, real estate research, or lead generation

Payment Structure:
Ongoing work paid per project/number of qualified buildings.
