GoHighLevel + Zapier Integration Specialist (Flat-Fee Project)

We run an evergreen webinar funnel for an education business and need someone experienced to build the integration between our registration form (GoHighLevel) and our webinar platform. Our previous setup used the webinar company's embedded registration form, but it breaks on mobile, so we're moving registration to a native GHL form and need the two systems wired together properly. Most likely through web hooks.

The webinar platform we are choosing to use is WebinarKit.

**Scope of work:**
1. Native GHL registration form loads properly on mobile and desktop
2. Ensure dynamic webinar registration times are pulled from WebinarKit and displayed in the user's timezone
3. Ensure Native GHL form captures registration (this part is already built)
4. GHL workflow fires a webhook on form submit
5. Middleware (Zapier or ---------- — your call, justify the choice) calls WebinarKit's API to register the contact and retrieve a unique join link
6. Join link and confirmation status written back to the GHL contact as custom fields, triggering the existing confirmation email sequence
7. WebinarKit attendance web hooks (registered, attended live, watched replay, no-show) routed back into GHL to tag contacts and drive our existing 30-day branching nurture sequence
8. Error handling, retry logic, and a basic monitoring approach so silent failures don't go unnoticed
9. Loom walkthrough of the final build and a short written doc (web hook URLs, field mappings, what to check when things break) handed off to our team

**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience integrating GHL with other platforms, preferably a webinar service (WebinarKit, WebinarJam, EverWebinar, Demio, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency using webhooks, REST APIs, and either Zapier or ----------
- Demonstrate professional-level coding proficiency with both JavaScript and HTML; should be able to easily read and write code WITHOUT the use of AI models such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Able to start within the next 7 days
- Daily availability commitment during core business hours of 7am-11am PT / 10am-2pm Eastern Time Zone, U.S.A., and ready access to WhatsApp
