JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, with a primary emphasis on GoHighLevel management, setup and customization of new sub-accounts, lead management within sub-accounts, and Excel spreadsheet proficiency. Exceptional English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, setup, and customize new sub-accounts: Review onboarding forms, identify requested lead types, and initiate onboarding tasks promptly.

Set up and manage client accounts within GoHighLevel and Smartlead, including calendar creation, assigning users, registering A2P campaigns, and configuring Conversation AI.

Schedule, confirm, and maintain appointments using Google and Outlook calendars.

Regularly import, organize, and filter leads in Excel spreadsheets according to specified criteria.

Execute lead generation tasks for clients

Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns within GoHighLevel and SmartLead, ensuring timely follow-ups via SMS.

Update and maintain client fulfillment spreadsheets with accurate information, including the latest lead import dates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient experience with GoHighLevel or SmartLead specifically in campaign / workflow setups / customization of new sub-accounts and fulfillment, A2P campaign registration, calendar setup, conversation AI setup, lead importation, and outreach campaign setup.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including data management, lead filtering, importing/exporting CSV files, and reporting.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and reliability.

Independent worker capable of proactively managing and prioritizing tasks.

Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with GoHighLevel, SmartLead, Supabase, Spreadsheets, Zapier, ---------- , N8N, coding experience, or other similar automation and integration tools.

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation or CRM management.

Basic familiarity with web development or SEO concepts.
