We run a membership community for coaches who want to build, launch, and scale their business using GoHighLevel.
Our members are typically newer to automation and need clear, supportive guidance as they build funnels, automations, onboarding systems, pipelines, and client journeys.
We are looking for a strong GoHighLevel trainer who can confidently teach live, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and create a calm, encouraging learning environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a GoHighLevel trainer to lead live trainings and support clients as they build their own automations.
This is a teaching-focused role, not done-for-you implementation. You will guide, explain, demonstrate, and answer questions during live sessions, helping clients understand how to use their automation platforms step-by-step. You will also answer questions inside the online community.
You will follow an existing curriculum and training structure. Curriculum creation is not required.
SKILLS
+ Fluent, confident English (spoken and written)
+ Patient and supportive teaching style
+ Calm under pressure during live sessions
+ Detail-oriented and organized
+ Respectful of boundaries and scope
+ Comfortable using Zoom or similar video platforms
+ Ability to share screens and guide others verbally
+ Familiarity with online communities (Skool or similar)
+ Basic reporting and documentation skills
REQUIRED GHL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You should have hands-on experience with:
+ funnels and landing pages
+ workflows and automations
+
+ calendars and pipelines
+ forms, tags, and triggers
+ memberships and communities
+ integrations and troubleshooting
This is NOT a beginner-level GoHighLevel role.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Training & Q&A
+ Lead or co-lead two (2) live 60-minute sessions per week
+ Follow the provided curriculum exactly as designed
+ Demonstrate how you build inside of GoHighLevel using a demo sub-account
+ Support clients as they share their screens in their own platforms
+ Answer questions live and guide clients to implement independently
+ Keep explanations clear, patient, and non-overwhelming
Community Support
+ Spend 30 minutes per week monitoring and responding to posts in the Skool community
+ Answer basic platform and curriculum-related questions
+ Encourage progress and escalate issues when needed
Reporting
Submit weekly reports tracking:
+ Number of attendees per session
+ Common question themes and sticking points
+ Platform-specific questions
+ Any red flags or issues requiring escalation
WORK SCHEDULE
+ Part-time, contract role
+ Four hours/week
- Two scheduled one hour live sessions per week
- Additional 30 minutes per week for community support
- Additional 30 minutes per week for reporting
- One hour per week for tea
+ One of the weekly live sessions will be Thursdays at 5:00pm Pacific. The second weekly session will be scheduled after the trainer is hired.
