GoHighLevel (GHL) Assistant (Philippines-Based)

VGS is looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Assistant to join our remote team. You will be responsible for assisting in building, automating, and optimizing our marketing funnels, CRM workflows, Chatbot Configurations and campaigns within the GoHighLevel platform. This role requires hands-on experience in GHL, marketing automation, and a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns.

While this role is ideally aligned with USA business hours, we understand flexibility may be needed. For the right candidate, we may consider making exceptions to accommodate your local time zone in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
1. GHL Setup & Configuration

? Configure client and company accounts within GHL, including pipelines, integrations (e.g., Twilio, email, payment gateways), and user permissions.

2. Funnel & Chatbot Building & Automation

? Design and implement high-conversion funnels, chatbots, automation workflows, triggers, and follow-up sequences for lead generation and nurturing.

3. CRM Management

? Organize and maintain CRM data, ensuring leads and customers are properly segmented and tracked through the sales pipeline.

4. Campaign Creation & Optimization

? Develop, launch, and optimize email/SMS marketing campaigns, leveraging GHL’s built-in tools and integrations.

5. Troubleshooting & Support

? Diagnose and resolve technical issues within GHL, collaborating with support and third-party vendors when necessary.

6. Analytics & Reporting

? Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, open rates, click-throughs, etc.) and generate reports to inform ongoing optimizations.

7. Continuous Improvement

? Stay updated on GHL feature releases, best practices, and industry trends to enhance system efficiency and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
? Proven Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or equivalent marketing automation platforms), including funnel building, CRM management, and campaign automation.
? Technical Expertise: Familiarity with email/SMS marketing best practices, Twilio or similar integrations, and other relevant marketing technology tools.
? Marketing Savvy: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
? Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting and acting on campaign data; ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; comfortable collaborating with remote teams via chat, email, and video calls.
? Problem-Solving: Resourceful, with a knack for identifying issues and delivering quick, effective solutions.
? Education: A degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have equivalent work experience.
? Location: Based in the Philippines and available to work during USA business hours, or at least partial overlap (with potential flexibility for top candidates).
