I'm looking for someone to be our CRM & Automation Builder who is highly experienced with GoHighLevel to support our client fulfillment process. You’ll help onboard new clients, set up their CRM, build automations, and create marketing funnels tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in email & SMS automation, funnel building, and CRM management within GoHighLevel. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, explaining processes, and ensuring they understand how to use their CRM effectively.

Job Requirements:
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Expertise in automation building (email, SMS, AI-based workflows)
Experience in funnel creation (landing pages, lead generation, form & survey setup)
Soft-spoken with strong customer communication skill and comfortable with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
Fast learner, coachable, and adaptable
Laptop & smartphone with a stable internet connection

Your Top Tasks:
Client onboarding & CRM setup
Building automated email/SMS sequences using ChatGPT (in GoHighLevel)
Creating high-converting funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, upsells)
CRM & pipeline management to track client progress
Generating performance reports and providing insights
Training clients via Zoom calls & Loom videos on how to use their CRM
Internal teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings for process improvements
