JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a U.S.-based land flipping and entitlement company focused on targeted off-market deals with development potential. We specialize in finding land that can be rezoned, subdivided, or sold to builders.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented cold caller to work part-time—reaching out to curated seller lists multiple times per week to qualify leads. This is not a churn-and-burn role. We’re looking for someone thorough, consistent, and hungry to grow with us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Call targeted landowner lists 2–3x/week using our system (no tech setup needed)

Curate, qualify, and update small, high-value seller lists

Ask thoughtful questions, identify motivation, and log clean notes

Follow up with warm leads on a consistent schedule

Eventually grow into a closer or lead manager role if desired

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in real estate cold calling or acquisitions (land preferred)

Fluent English, confident tone, strong communication skills

Coachable, consistent, and serious about performance

Available to work part-time, U.S. business hours

Reliable internet, headset, quiet work space
