Fullstack Developer for Tech Lead / PM role (AI + GCP)

LiLi AI, a rapidly growing AI Automation Agency, seeks a motivated Junior Tech Lead / PM. This is a remote role requiring significant overlap with US Eastern Time.

The Opportunity:
Are you a Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role? Join us as an early key technical hire! Initially, you'll deliver client projects and co-create our core operational processes. You'll quickly transition to lead and mentor a team of ~5-10 Automation Engineers, shape our Google Cloud (GCP) strategy, and spearhead AI agent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initial (First ~1-2 Months): Lead technical implementation of client automation projects, design initial GCP environments, integrate AI agent tech, and collaborate with the Agency Owner to define SOPs and PM standards.
- As we grow the team: To lead, mentor, and coach a remote team of Automation Engineers. Provide technical leadership (GCP, AI solutions). Oversee project execution, manage client communication, and drive process improvements. Support project scoping.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years Full-Stack Development.
- 2+ years Tech Lead or technical team management.
- Strong hands-on GCP & Firebase (or AWS) experience (architect, build, deploy, maintain).
- Proven experience with AI agents/frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI).
- Strong Python proficiency (automation, AI/ML, backend).
- Experience with automation solutions (RPA, iPaaS - n8n preferred).
- Web application & SaaS architecture understanding.
- Frontend experience (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Deep understanding of APIs, data structures, databases.
- Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) & tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Fast learner, passionate about GCP, AI/ML, SaaS, and automation.
- DevOps experience is a plus.
