Full-Time Fullstack Developer. Remote & Long-Term Role.

About the Company
Wired to Create (WTOC) is a creative-tech company based in Stockholm, Sweden / Schwyz, Switzerland.

In one of our four verticals, we are building modern AI-powered SaaS systems, tools, and media platforms that merge design, technology, and creativity.

Our ecosystem includes several high-end products. The one we’re mainly looking a full-time hire for is for an AI-powered POS & retail backoffice platform.

We move fast, build smart, and design beautifully, combining modern tech with creative direction. We need someone who’s a seasoned developer and who isn’t afraid to move together with future technology. We use AI as part of our tech stack, allowing us to build fast. This is a requirement.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer based in the Philippines to join our team full-time (160h/month).

You’ll work directly with our founder, a creative polymath and architect, to build and scale production-ready SaaS systems.
You’ll start by developing the POS platform, and later contribute to other systems as we grow.

Responsibilities
- Build frontend using React, TypeScript, Vite, Node.JS
- Manage backends with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions)
- Implement automation workflows using n8n (API, AI, Claude/OpenAI integrations)
- Integrate REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks
- Maintain clean, modular architecture and readable code
- Collaborate daily via Slack Huddles
- Follow a design system and Tailwind tokens for UI consistency
- Deploy and manage builds via GitHub + Netlify/Vercel
- Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps clearly (no silent days)
- Use Claude Code to speed up production time and scale

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in modern fullstack development
- Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of Supabase and PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge with APIs, automation tools, and database design
- Comfortable with asynchronous remote collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills

Bonus Skills
- Experience with retail systems or dashboards
- Experience with AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
- CSV data handling and analytics

Working Hours

Compensation
Upon agreement
