JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Amazon Account Manager / Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on Amazon experience and understands how to manage listings, troubleshoot account issues, communicate with Seller Support, and keep operations organized.

You must be detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while following instructions carefully.

This is a long-term full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Management
Create new Amazon product listings
Update and optimize existing listings
Upload images, A+ Content, backend keywords, and product attributes
Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies and category requirements
Monitor suppressed or inactive listings and resolve issues quickly
Amazon Account Management
Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications
Open and manage Seller Support cases
Troubleshoot listing, variation, inventory, and catalog issues
Assist with flat files, category updates, and backend attribute fixes
Help maintain organized account operations across multiple brands
Advertising & Optimization
Support Amazon PPC campaign management
Perform keyword research and listing optimization
Monitor search rankings and listing performance
Assist with promotions, coupons, and pricing updates
Organization & Task Management
Complete assigned tasks inside Asana
Maintain organized documentation and follow SOPs
Communicate progress clearly and consistently
Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
Required Experience
Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of Amazon listings and variations
Experience communicating with Amazon Seller Support
Knowledge of Amazon account health and policy compliance
Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
Strong English written communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard, or Jungle Scout
Understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns
Experience with flat files and bulk uploads
Knowledge of FBA and FBM operations
Experience with A+ Content and Brand Registry
Basic Photoshop or Canva experience is a plus
