The Mission

We are seeking an intelligent, highly curious Advanced AI Visual Artist with an independent mindset. In the rapidly evolving AI landscape, we don’t just need a “user” of tools — we need a pioneer who treats every generation as a learning opportunity.
You will take ownership of visual production for 4 proprietary virtual influencers, focusing 100% on advanced content creation. Your work will range from standard content sets for our influencer accounts to highly specific, bespoke visual commissions for our top-tier clients — all while maintaining absolute character continuity across multi-asset projects. While output volume matters, aesthetic perfection and realism remain the guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities

Standard Content Production: Produce consistent, high-quality visual content sets for our influencer accounts on a regular cadence, maintaining character identity and brand aesthetic across all content.

Bespoke Asset Production: Generate highly realistic, specialized visual assets tailored to specific, complex client briefs and custom commission requests.

Character Continuity & Visual Storytelling: Design sequential, multi-asset sets that tell a cohesive visual story while maintaining strict character consistency (facial features, body consistency, structural composition, lighting) across vastly different scenarios.

Advanced Technical Generation: Utilize advanced, specialized workflows (e.g., ComfyUI in Runpod, specific checkpoints, custom LoRAs, and API-based editing tools like Seedream and Flux via cloud platforms) to achieve exact, highly customized stylistic visions.

Tool Evolution: Stay current with the rapidly changing AI tooling landscape. You are expected to actively evaluate, adopt, and integrate new tools and models as relevant ones become available.

Market-Driven Creativity: Anticipate what types of visual scenarios and aesthetics drive the highest engagement and client satisfaction within the custom digital avatar space.

Post-Production Excellence: Polish all raw generations using Photoshop or Photopea to correct structural errors, perfect lighting, and deliver flawless final renders.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with advanced AI generation tools and local/cloud-based workflows. You must know how to navigate complex prompting and utilize specialized models to get exact, high-fidelity results.

Aesthetic & Structural Precision: A masterful eye for composition, lighting, and realism. You can spot and fix minute structural details that others miss.

Creative Autonomy (Kaizen Mindset): You are a self-starter who constantly refines your workflows. You know how to build out a cohesive visual project from scratch that perfectly matches a character’s established persona.

Adaptability: Comfort with rapidly evolving tools is essential. You should be eager to learn and integrate new AI models, nodes, and platforms as the space develops.

LLM Familiarity: Working knowledge of LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok for prompt crafting, image analysis, and workflow optimization is a strong plus.

Terms & Compensation

Compensation: $8.00–$10.00 USD/hour, commensurate with skill level and portfolio quality. Rate review after 6 months based on performance.

Payment Schedule: Paid weekly in USDT/USDC cryptocurrency.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). Consistency and reliability are mandatory.

Location & Structure: 100% Remote. Our core team is currently based in the Philippines, which is why our baseline pay and holiday structures are set up accordingly.

Confidentiality: A general acknowledgement and agreement to keep all company assets, workflows, and client data private is required.
