Job Description:
Are you a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with a passion for building cutting-edge applications? Do you have deep expertise in MERN Stack development, along with a strong command of Python, Java, CSS, HTML, and the Tailwind framework? As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable applications. You’ll work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality and top-tier performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain fullstack applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Integrate and optimize backend functionalities with Python and Java where needed.
- Build modern, responsive, and scalable UIs using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind framework.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance across various devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and implement innovative solutions to improve development processes.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience integrating them into web applications.
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind framework.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database management.
- Deep understanding of software architecture and best practices for scalable application development.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
