Role Overview
We operate at the intersection of technical infrastructure and career technology. We run two parallel, high-growth tracks: CDOps Tech (an elite B2B infrastructure firm deploying interim DevOps/SRE squads to top-tier startups) and our upcoming Career Intelligence Platform (a developer-focused SaaS ecosystem).
We are looking for a hybrid, Full-Stack Marketer who lives at the intersection of technical copywriting, WordPress management, visual asset design, and product launch marketing. You will own our entire digital footprint, responsible for translating deeply technical concepts into beautiful, conversion-oriented case studies, social pipelines, and launch loops.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Case Studies & Collateral (CDOps Tech)
Interview the founding technical team to distill complex infrastructure achievements (e.g., Kubernetes migrations, downtime reduction, optimizing event-driven architectures) into highly polished, readable case studies and lead magnets.
Write authoritative, peer-to-peer content that commands immediate respect from senior technical decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
2. Product Marketing & Launch Strategy (Career Intelligence Platform)
Build and execute the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the upcoming SaaS platform launch.
Craft the messaging architecture, landing page copy, product walkthrough collateral, and onboarding
3. Website Management & Visual Design (WordPress & Figma)
Take complete ownership of our web properties. You will directly update, edit, and optimize our landing pages and publish new case studies within WordPress (using blocks or page builders) without requiring a developer.
Maintain on-page SEO best practices (meta-tags, URL structures, image optimization) using standard WordPress SEO tools.
Design crisp, minimalist visual graphics, presentation decks, and social media templates using Figma or Canva that match our clean, tech-focused brand identities.
4. Social Media & Campaign Management
Manage, write, and schedule a consistent publishing calendar across all official corporate handles (primarily LinkedIn and X/Twitter).
Repurpose long-form case studies and product updates into short-form, high-engagement text posts, threads, and visual carousels.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years of direct experience working as a Product Marketer, Content Lead, or Growth Marketer inside a B2B SaaS, developer-tool, or cloud-infrastructure startup environment.
The Tech Stack: Hands-on mastery of WordPress (including block editors/builders and basic plugin management), design software (Figma/Canva), social schedulers, and basic marketing automation/CRMs (HubSpot/Mailchimp).
Linguistic Technical Fluency: You must comfortably understand basic infrastructure terminology (e.g., DevOps, SRE, cloud scaling, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes) so your copy sounds authentic to engineering leaders, not generic.
Creative Multi-Tasker: A distinct portfolio showing a mix of both long-form written work (like case studies or whitepapers) and visual design work (like web layouts or social media assets).
The Style: Zero tolerance for generic corporate buzzwords or marketing fluff. You write with brevity, impact, and absolute clarity.
