We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Product Developer with expertise in the dietary supplements industry. This role involves identifying new product opportunities, conducting deep market research using AI tools, communicating with suppliers, evaluating formulations, and performing profitability analysis.
Responsibilities:

Research and identify profitable supplement products based on market trends and demand, using AI tools such as ChatGPT, deep research techniques, and data analytics
Source and communicate with suppliers and manufacturers (U.S. & China) to assess feasibility
Analyze ingredients and formulations to develop high-quality, market-ready supplements
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and margins
Conduct full profitability analysis, including production, shipping, and sales costs
Collaborate with our team to align new products with our brand strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience in dietary supplement product development
Strong knowledge of supplement trends, ingredients, and regulations (U.S. market focus)
Experience in supplier sourcing and negotiations (China/U.S.)
Ability to conduct in-depth market and profitability analysis
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for market research
Deep research skills, including data analytics and competitor analysis
Background in chemistry, pharmacology, or food science – a strong advantage
Self-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented
