JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an executive virtual assistant to take time off of my plate while traveling
You would be working directly with me. Primary responsibilities would be inbox management, scheduling, travel planning, and a major plus if background in video editing and social media management. Hours would be 30-40/week. YOU WILL NOT BE WORKING FOR MY BUSINESS.

I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing.

- Some tasks you will do to help me

Travel planning
Help manage phone and email.
Budgeting, notion organization
Researching and planning travel - booking flights, lodging, recommendations.
Managing my schedule
Reminding me of important things - birthdays, etc.

Experience w/ capcut or premier pro would be a plus - I will be shooting lots of videos for edit + social media strategy.

High standards - a drive to go above and beyond in your work. The bare minimum won't cut it
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong research skills
Fast learner
A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size
Monday - Friday availability in my time zone for certain hours
Weekend availability would be a plus (even if just short check ins)

You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary, but there may be extra hours beyond that.
Opportunity to advance / get bonuses. If you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

I'm the owner of an expanding cleaning service in Fort Worth, TX. I now have that business running automated and traveling the world. I have been working with VAs for over 2 years now now and all my VAs have been very happy to work with me.
