Job Title: Experienced Outbound Sales Email Handler Needed

We are looking for a full-time Outbound Sales Email Handler to join our UK-based company.
This is not an entry-level admin role. We are looking for an experienced email outreach professional who can write clear, persuasive, and professional sales emails to potential business clients. The right person must understand outbound email, lead follow-up, CRM management, objection handling by email, and how to generate replies, booked calls, and sales opportunities.
You must be highly organised, confident with written English, able to follow instructions properly, and capable of producing measurable results without constant supervision.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm UK time
Full-time role only
Pay:
$4–$8 per hour plus bonuses
Pay depends on experience and results

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years outbound sales email experience
Clear written English is required
CRM experience is required
Experience sending sales emails to potential clients
Able to follow email scripts and personalise messages correctly
Able to manage follow-ups professionally
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and serious about full-time work
Able to update CRM notes, stages, and outcomes correctly
Must be results-focused and committed to targets
Must be able to work independently without constant supervision

Main Duties:
Sending outbound sales emails to potential business clients
Personalising email templates before sending
Following up with leads professionally
Managing replies and identifying warm leads
Updating CRM records daily
Moving leads through the correct CRM stages
Handling basic objections by email
Booking appointments or passing warm leads to management
Reporting daily email activity, replies, and results
Keeping all lead records organised and accurate
