Experienced B2B Cold Caller

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and technology? We’re looking for a highly fluent English speaker with strong communication skills to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR).

What You’ll Do:
- Cold Outreach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark meaningful conversations.
- Educate prospects on our cutting-edge sales technology and qualify leads for our sales team.
- Follow up consistently, nurture relationships, and book sales demos for our closing team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
- Exceed sales quotas: Your ability to consistently meet and surpass targets is essential to our growth and success.
- Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation strategies and share ideas that contribute to your success with the team.
- Stay informed on home improvement industry trends to provide valuable insights and build stronger relationships during your calls.

Requirements:
- You should have experience making cold calls in the U.S. and successfully booking demo appointments.
- Be ready for a role-playing exercise on demo booking during the interview.
- We'll ask for your performance metrics from your current cold calling role during the interview.
- Recent history of working night shift USA hours our hours are 8 am - 4 pm MT
- Be able to prove you can be conversational on a cold call.
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
- Strong sales communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 11pm-7am Philippine time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
