Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support:
? Oversee personal network organization and digital workspace management (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
? Handle scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence for various commitments.
? Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and service providers for ongoing projects.
Personal &; Lifestyle Management:
? Organize and oversee personal projects, including digital organization and recreational activities.
? Schedule and manage lessons, appointments, and other personal engagements.
? Maintain awareness of upcoming important dates and related obligations (e.g. gifts for birthdays and anniversaries, dinner reservations, travel obligations, etc.).
Travel Planning & Logistics:
? Plan, schedule, and book travel accommodations, including flights, lodging, and activities.
? Manage international and domestic travel arrangements, including extended stays.
? Organize and optimize frequent flyer points and travel perks.
? Coordinate group travel, event participation, and itinerary planning.
Property & Asset Management:
? Oversee renovation and maintenance projects, including contractor quotation and coordination.
? Manage property-related tasks such as leasing, tax reminders, and upkeep.
? Maintain and manage financial records, including expense tracking and reconciliation for the property.
Business & Investment Support:
? Track updates and maintain meeting cadence with various founders and companies in client’s portfolio.
? Support various business ventures, including fundraising and operations management.
? Assist with website updates, promotional material creation, and content organization.
Event & Community Engagement:
? Coordinate and manage participation in professional organizations (YPO, Techstars, etc.).
? Support planning and execution of events, training sessions, and networking opportunities.
? Act as a liaison for community and business engagements.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
? High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
? Experience with financial tracking and project management.
? Familiarity with digital tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and other workflow management software.
? Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
? Prior experience in executive support, operations, or project management preferred.
