Estimator for post contruction cleaning

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING ESTIMATOR: This job requires estimate takeoffs from architectural plans. Duties include understanding and writing a scope of work for cleaning different types of industrial and commercial buildings after construction. Reading and understanding architectural drawings and blueprints are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
