Ecommerce Operations & Creator Relations Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, fast-learning Virtual Assistant to help manage and support our growing beauty and eCommerce brand.

This role includes assisting with day-to-day operations across Shopify, email communication, retailer management, creator outreach, product sourcing, and general eCommerce support. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to adapt quickly to new software and systems.

Responsibilities may include:

* Managing and updating Shopify listings
* Assisting with retailer communication and onboarding
* Communicating with creators and influencers for collaborations
* Helping source new beauty and wellness products from suppliers
* Creating and updating product listings
* Using ChatGPT and AI tools to help write product copy and marketing content
* Organizing tasks, spreadsheets, and operational workflows
* Learning and integrating new software platforms quickly
* Supporting general eCommerce operations and customer communication

Requirements:

* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience with Shopify and eCommerce platforms
* Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and online tools
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Fast learner with a positive attitude
* Experience working with beauty, wellness, TikTok creators, or influencer outreach is a plus
* Ability to multitask and work independently
