Dynamics 365 Developer

We are seeking a Mid-level (2-5 years) Dynamics 365 CRM Developer and Administrator to own the development, configuration, and ongoing support for client Dynamics 365 online environments. In addition, build and maintain other applications built in the Power Platform. This role is central to how our teams operate and how our systems talk to each other. You will work across Power Platform, Dynamics customization, and integrations to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support real business needs. Success depends not only on technical execution, but on the ability to understand business processes, gather clear requirements, and deliver solutions that genuinely solve the problems they are meant to address. You will be expected to both build and maintain different client environments. This is a fully remote position for a US based company

Requirements:
Fast/reliable internet connection
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Officce365 and Dynamics365 tools/technologies
Strong experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM Online
Deep working knowledge of Power Apps for model driven applications
Extensive experience with Power Automate, including complex workflows and integrations
Proficiency in JavaScript for Dynamics 365 customization
Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and security
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Dataverse data
Ability to work independently and support CRM environments
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
