What we're looking for:
FIT Strong & Healthy is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand's digital marketing efforts and support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. Your role involves developing marketing strategies, helping manage our e-commerce platforms, and driving online sales growth across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay.
We're looking for someone with strong strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills, and hands-on digital marketing expertise. Your responsibilities span social media management, traffic generation, conversion rate optimization, and supporting operational execution. You'll bring creativity, data-driven thinking, and a collaborative mindset — focused primarily on marketing and advertising, while helping with the operational side of the business as needed.
Beyond experience, we're looking for someone professional, organized, and a strong communicator in both written and verbal English.
This role is 100% work from home.

We sell across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay, with a growing Instagram community
In this role, you will:
• Develop strategic plans for digital marketing campaigns.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, and beyond).
• Manage social media presence to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media posts (static and video) across Instagram,
• Own customer relations and communications — respond to comments, DMs, and questions on social media, plus customer
• Develop and analyze metrics to track digital content and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators for compelling content.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing best practices and trends.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning for digital campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, tracking key metrics and reporting results against goals.
• Contribute to developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives for online sales growth.
• Help manage, maintain, and update our e-commerce platforms, supporting a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Own and maintain product catalogs across all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay) — listings, copy, images, A+/Enhanced content, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities and drive growth.
• Apply industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize website performance.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns — including
• Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and increase sales.
• Develop strong relationships with key partners, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Take on additional projects as needed to support broader business goals.

About You:
Top priorities for this role (must-have):
• Strong, hands-on experience with Shopify — store management, theme/design updates, apps, product setup, collections, and orders.
• Strong, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop — catalog setup, content, ads, and the affiliate/creator program.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Core qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce marketing and management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics — including SEO, social media advertising,
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus. Familiarity with Helium 10 is also a plus, but not required.
• Additional experience with Amazon, Walmart, and eBay is a plus.
• Proficiency managing social media accounts (creating, editing, and posting static and video content) across
• Experience running campaigns on additional advertising platforms — Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and YouTube — is a plus.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image and video generation, AI-powered marketing and automation tools) and the ability to apply them to speed up content creation, research, copywriting, and day-to-day workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Shift and Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Must overlap at least 5 hours daily with US Central Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST)
• Most sustainable shift: 2 AM – 11 AM Manila time (12 PM – 5 PM CST overlap)
• You'll work on your own schedule outside the required overlap hours
Compensation:
• $1,000 – $1,500 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
• 13th month bonus tied to KPIs after 6 months
• Long-term, full-time position
