Application & Software Developer (Right-Hand Role)

We’re looking for more than just a developer—we’re looking for a right-hand partner in building and scaling software inside a growing company.

This role sits close to leadership. You’ll be directly involved in shaping, building, and improving multiple projects across our ecosystem—from internal tools and automation workflows to customer-facing platforms.

We’re a startup, which means two things:

You’ll have real influence on how systems are built

What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborating directly with me to turn ideas into functional systems
Building, testing, and improving web apps, tools, and integrations
Helping architect workflows across platforms (Wix, Shopify, APIs, AI tools, etc.)
Identifying better, faster ways to execute and automate processes
Acting as a technical sounding board for decisions and future builds

Hi, my name is Jordan, and I’m the owner of Casper Buzz Media Group.

I want to be transparent about why I’m here. With the advancement of tools like OpenClaw, I could automate a large portion of the work typically handled by virtual assistants. But what I cannot automate—and what I never will—is human connection.

At the core of what I’m building is something bigger than tasks or output. It’s about people. It’s about creating opportunities, supporting others, and building something meaningful that connects communities—both locally and globally.

I strongly believe in acting with intention and integrity—doing what’s right, even when it’s not the easiest path. That mindset has shaped how I’ve built this company, and it’s exactly how I intend to grow it moving forward.

Now, I’m in a position where I can bring others along for that journey. I’m not looking to just “hire help.” I’m building a team—one that grows together, supports each other, and operates at a level where no single person stands above the rest.
