I'm here to find a talented professional to help us on a key side of our business, someone who is detail-oriented, eager to contribute and part of a amazing team, in an environment where you can grow professionally!

We run a web platform for marketing agencies.

As part of our client success, we automatically manage for them data, and some parts require manual inputs at the beginning of the setup. We've been doing this since 3 years now. Today, we are now looking for someone to join our team and contribute to this aspect of our service, which is closely related to our clients success and our marketing work.

Your daily responsibilities will be:
• Data Validation: Review and validate data requests from the platform, ensuring accuracy and verifying client status.
• Client Monitoring: Oversee client usage and manage their requests efficiently.
• Data Entry: Input new data into the platform, primarily involving text and media entries.
• Website Research: Conduct research to support our data validation and client support activities.
• Sales Support: Assist in lead generation and competitor research to help our sales efforts.

You should be a fast learner, and of course, a perfect candidate would:
• Have excellent English skills,
• Pay close attention to detail
• Follow instructions to the letter
• We also value ideas on how to improve our processes and work better all together!
• As the business grow, you will expand your responsibilities.

This is a full or part-time position, with 40 hours worked per week. Schedule is flexible, except 2 weekly meetings with the team on Monday and Thursday, around 7/8pm PH time. We honor PH holidays. You'll get extra benefits after the 2 months probation period.
