JOB OVERVIEW

We run a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency working with manufacturers and service companies across Europe (Scandinavia, DACH, Benelux).

We are looking for a Data Collection & Outreach Operations Manager who can own the data side of our campaigns and manage a small Filipino outreach team with discipline and precision.

This is not a beginner VA role.
This is for someone who understands quality > quantity, systems, and accountability.

???? Your Core Responsibilities



1?? High-Quality B2B Database Sourcing

You will be fully responsible for sourcing accurate, campaign-ready B2B databases, including:

Company-level filtering (industry, size, geography)

Decision-maker identification (owners, directors, heads of sales/ops)


Email
validation & hygiene

Removing low-quality or irrelevant leads

Tools we use / expect you to know:

Apollo / Snov / LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Google Maps scraping (Outscraper or similar)


Email
verification tools (NeverBounce, Zerobounce, etc.)

Google Sheets (advanced level)

???? We care about reply rates, not list size.



2?? Outreach Team Management (Filipino VAs)

You will:

Manage 2–5 Filipino outreach VAs

Assign tasks (data prep, uploads, checks)

Enforce SOPs and quality standards

Review output daily

Fix mistakes before campaigns go live

You are the gatekeeper between bad data and client campaigns.



3?? Campaign Readiness & QA

Before anything goes live, you ensure:

Correct ICP targeting

No spammy or irrelevant leads

Clean formatting & personalization fields

Lists match campaign strategy exactly

If something fails — you catch it first.




???? Who We’re Looking For

? Based in the Philippines
? 2+ years experience in B2B lead generation or cold email support
? Strong experience with data scraping & enrichment
? Comfortable managing other VAs
? Extremely detail-oriented
? Can say “this list is bad” and explain why
? Works independently without constant supervision
? Fluent written English (spoken is a plus, not required)



???? Not suitable if you:

Only did generic VA work

Care about speed more than accuracy

Need step-by-step micromanagement

Don’t understand B2B decision-makers
