Daily Profit Manager

Ace & Taylor is a fast-growing premium beauty brand scaling aggressively across Europe. We are looking for a highly structured Finance & Profitability Manager who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments and understands cash flow, profitability, inventory and operational finance.

You will work directly with the founders and become responsible for maintaining complete financial visibility while helping scale the company profitably.

Responsibilities
• Weekly cash flow & liquidity planning
• Bookkeeping & expense categorization
• Budget vs actual reporting
• Profitability analysis (Triple Whale & FiveX)
• Inventory valuation & COGS control
• Returns & refund analysis
• Identifying financial risks and operational inefficiencies

Requirements
• Strong experience in e-commerce finance
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Shopify, Triple Whale or similar tools is a plus
• Able to work independently and move fast
• Excellent English communication
