DM Setter

We help parents transform their family lives through the Happy Life System Academy, a step-by-step blueprint designed to raise empowered, world-ready kids while mastering parenting.

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a DM Setter to take over inbound and outbound conversations across Instagram, website chatbots, and other messaging platforms, engaging with potential clients and booking them into calls with our sales team.

~~ Job Responsibilities ~~

1) Engage with leads through Instagram DMs, website chatbots, and other messaging channels.
2) Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine fit for The Happy Life System Academy.
3) Handle inbound inquiries professionally and warm up cold leads into interested prospects.
4) Follow a structured messaging script and sales process to guide prospects toward booking a call.
5) Track and update lead interactions in our CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar tools).
6) Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality, qualified appointments are scheduled.
7) Send follow-ups and nurture leads who are not yet ready to book.
8) Test and optimize messaging strategies to improve conversion rates.

~~ Requirements ~~

1) Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or DM setting for high-ticket offers.
2) Excellent written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
3) Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, website chatbots, and other messaging platforms.
3) Ability to handle objections and steer conversations towards a booked call.
4) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
5) Previous experience using CRM tools and tracking conversations effectively.
6) Availability to respond to leads in real-time during peak engagement hours.

Base salary with commission per booked call that closes
