About the Role:
We rent Meta Agency Ad Accounts to media buyers and e-commerce founders. As our Client Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients - handling issues, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Do:
- Handle client inquiries via chat (fast response times expected)
- Troubleshoot Meta ad account issues - rejections, restrictions, billing errors, policy flags
- Manage billing, top ups and payment tracking for active rentals
- Escalate complex issues with clear documentation so nothing falls through the cracks
- Respond to tickets and track client sheets
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (this is non-negotiable)
- You understand how Meta ad accounts work - policies, payment methods, account structure
- Strong written English - you'll be communicating with clients directly
- Available during business hours and responsive on chat
- Reliable internet connection and your own device
You're a great fit if you:
- Have worked in a media buying agency, ad account service, or similar
- Can figure things out independently without being micromanaged
- Know how to use Google Docs
