We’re looking for a dedicated and patient Shopify Customer Service to help manage our German store. You’ll be responsible for handling customer messages, processing refunds and disputes, and providing professional, friendly support through
Our customers are based in Germany, so experience with translation tools (like ChatGPT) is helpful. We value honesty, speed, and communication — and we reward reliability with long-term, stable work.
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Handle order issues (wrong item, damaged, not received, etc.)
Manage PayPal and Shopify disputes with provided evidence
Fill out the daily customer service log sheet
Communicate with the owner for approvals (refunds, replacements, etc.)
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify and PayPal disputes preferred
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
Available at least 0.5-1 hours per day (Europe time)
Stable internet connection
