We are looking for a part time customer phone support assistant who can be available Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 4 PM EST.
The main responsibility is to answer customer phone calls during this 4 hour window. You are not expected to be actively working the entire time, but you do need to be available and ready to answer calls when they come in.
Current call volume is light. On average, we receive around 2 answered customer calls per weekday, with some outgoing follow up calls when needed. This may vary depending on the day.
You may also be asked to help with small basic support tasks when needed, such as checking order tracking, helping with refund updates, or assisting our customer support team with simple admin tasks.
Requirements:
Must be available Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM EST
Must speak clear and fluent English
Must be comfortable answering customer calls professionally
Must be reliable and responsive during the scheduled window
Basic customer support experience is preferred
Pay is $100 per month.
This is a light availability based role, best for someone who wants a simple part time position and can stay available during the scheduled call window.
